Itinerary

Kawasaki Daishi Omotesando
After meeting your guide, you will walk towards Kawasaki Daishi Temple, passing through the Omotesando (main approach) street, which is lined with traditional, old-fashioned shops.

Kawasakidaishi Nakamise Street
The Nakamise-dori (shopping street) is the busiest path leading to the Main Hall of Kawasaki Daishi Temple.
This traditional area is famous for local specialties. You will see Kuzumochi (a soft, sweet rice cake), Daruma dolls, and the famous rhythmic hard candy, Tontoko-ame.
You will join a special Tontoko-ame workshop right here, in this traditional area.

Kawasaki Daishi Heiken-ji Temple
Kawasaki Daishi is a very famous Buddhist temple, known for helping people get rid of bad luck and trouble.
We will briefly explore this area before heading to the main workshop.
