Then, with guidance from a local chef, you'll take a short market or shop visit to pick up fresh ingredients essential for Nepali dishes. Back at the academy, you’ll learn step-by-step how to prepare three authentic Nepali dishes — one entrée, one main course, and one dessert — selected from a diverse traditional menu.
