miso tasting & Japanese authentic meal ( miso-soup & rice / baked rice ball ) .
Participants will explore a wide variety of miso at a long-established miso shop, tasting and comparing different types while discussing how miso is chosen and used in everyday Japanese home cooking.

Before catching the bus, we’ll make a short stop at one of my favorite local shops for about 15 minutes.
