Itinerary
You will meet in the Chef and the City professional cooking workshop, you will be part of the Chef's brigade as if you were working on a real pastry catering! You will get to know each other by spicing something from the buffet offered by the Chef. After 10 minutes you will start cooking together, under the Guide of the Chef or qualified cooks. Everyone will have their own workstation and you will work on the professional benches, in groups of 4 - 5 people - as you can clearly see from the photos.
