An expert from Ishizuchi Shrine will lead the Ishizuchi Shrine Guided Tour.
Authentic purification experience (available from July 15 to September 30). Outside this period, it will be replaced with a conch shell performance experience.
Participate in the special Shinto ritual “Goshinzo-haitai”, said to be the only one of its kind in Japan and exclusively offered here.
Enjoy a votive performance by a master conch player from the Ishizuchi Ryura Group: Ishizuchi Shirabe.
Taste Sacred Water Coffee, made using water flowing from the Kuchinomiya headquarters of Ishizuchi Shrine.
Receive guided explanations so that each participant can appreciate the unique significance of the place, including stories of faith related to Mount Ishizuchi, local water, mountains, and tales of the gods.
