Itinerary
We are about to discover the amazing world of traditional mezcals. In our tasting & lecture is focused on culture, mezcal and appreciation. 1.- We will learn whats agave its features and biology. 2.- We will learn the intimate relationship between agave and humans since 10,000 years ago. 3.- We will have 5 different expressions of mezcal keeping in mind terroir concept.
