After receiving the instructions from our guide a day before, we will begin the big day of the tour from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. with the pick up from your accommodation to take our tourist transport to the Sacred Valley route to reach Ollantaytambo.
In Ollantaytambo, after a short rest, we will begin our trip to Abra Málaga (4350m) where we will prepare for our first great adventure in the high jungle of Cusco.
Our guide reminds us of the safety precautions that we must take and the indications of the route that we will follow. He then hands us our cycling gear and we begin the descent on our mountain bikes.
Our tour will be 60 km by mountain bike and will take us from Abra Málaga to the archaeological site of Huamammarca. Here we will return to the bus until we reach Santa María (1430 m) where we can have lunch. In the afternoon we can optionally go rafting on the Blanco River and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
