The tour continues to Miyajimaguchi Pier. There, we board a ferry to Miyajima Island.

In a few minutes we will arrive at our destination to walk through the Itsukushima Shrine, the Grand Torii, the Goju-no-to Pagoda and the Toyokuni Temple.

Genbaku Dome-Mae Station
We will visit the Genbaku Dome (Hiroshima Peace Memorial) is the partially intact building after the atomic bombing of Hiroshima in 1945. It is a symbol of peace and resistance, and is part of the Peace Memorial Park, designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visiting it is a solemn experience that invites reflection on the horrors of nuclear war and the importance of world peace.

We will visit Goju-no-to Pagoda, also known as the Five Floor Pagoda, is a famous structure in Japan, typical of Buddhist temples. The name "Goju-no-to" literally translates to "five-story payment", and these structures are symbols of both traditional Japanese architecture and Buddhism.
