For guests booking the Alisa Premier Luxury 5-Star Cruise in Halong Bay – 2 Days 1 Night with departure from Hanoi, we offer hotel pickup between 08:00 AM and 08:30 AM. Pickup is available at hotels located within Hanoi’s Old Quarter, or at the Hanoi Opera House for those staying outside the Old Quarter. The drive to Halong Bay takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, including one short break along the way. Transportation is provided by luxury limousine or air-conditioned shuttle, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey before you board the 5-star cruise.

If you are not using our transfer service from Hanoi, please make your own way to the meeting point at Lot 16, Tuan Chau Marina no later than 11:30 AM. Late arrivals will miss the cruise and no refund will be provided. During this time, the captain will introduce the cruise itinerary and share important safety instructions before departure.
