Rice wine production: We will tell you how to make traditional Vietnamese rice wine, how we can consider rice wine as the national spirit of Vietnamese people. Rice Fields and Agriculture: We’ll continue our journey by cycling through vast rice fields, learning about Vietnamese agriculture and rural life along the way. Ancient Temple and Co Loa Capital: Our next stop is at an ancient temple and the ancient Vietnamese capital of Co Loa, where you’ll discover more about the rich history of the region.

Visit with Locals: On our way back, we’ll visit with locals and chat with them, learning about Vietnamese customs and experiencing the peace of the Vietnamese countryside.

Back to Hanoi: We’ll return to Hanoi, taking in the sights and sounds of the city as we make our way back. We will enjoy a special dish of Hanoi people such as bun cha, pho cuon,.....
