If you stay outside , pick up at meeting point: Hanoi Opera House or Local Tours Vietnam Office at 39 Ngo Huyen Street between 8h00 am to 8h30 am the going by expressway to Halong Bay. It takes about 3 hours drive to Halong Bay included short break on the way.
