Guests should be ready at the hotel reception at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. • The total duration of the experience is approximately 5–6 hours, including transfers and border formalities where applicable. • This is a shared boat safari, and timings may vary slightly depending on hotel locations and border procedures. • Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, as animals move freely in their natural environment within Chobe National Park. • Guests are advised to wear comfortable clothing and bring sun protection, a camera, and personal items. • The tour is suitable for all ages; however, it is not wheelchair accessible. • While all logistics are professionally managed, occasional delays may occur due to border or river conditions beyond the operator’s control.
