In the morning at 08:00 or 12:00 our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel in Beijing city area.

The Great Wall at Badaling
After hotel pickup, you will be escorted to Badaling Great Wall. That part of the Great Wall is 40km from Beijing and your drive will last about 40 minutes. It would be a good chance to see the urban and suburban scenery of the Chinese capital city.
Badaling Great Wall is the most famous and the best-preserved section of the Chinese Ming Dynasty Great Wall. The mountain slope is very steep and the roads are tortuous, which made it an important military stronghold in ancient time. The wall is like a strong dragon winding its way along the mountain ranges. If hiking is too much for you, cable car is available and optional. And our guide will help you buy the ticket.

Today you will also pay a visit to the Jade Carving Factory to learn about Chinese jade culture and appreciate some exquisite jade artworks.
