Itinerary
1
Haixinsha Asian Games Park
We begin at a large-scale exhibition space where technology is presented not as isolated products, but as part of a functioning urban ecosystem. On the main floor, you’ll see how robotics, AI, and low-altitude systems are being deployed across industries — from logistics to city management. Upstairs, a more consumer-facing section showcases AI retail products and service robots, many with real pricing and near-market readiness. Together, these layers reveal how innovation moves from concept to commercialization.
1 hour and 20 minutes
2
Canton Tower
From there, we board the APM — China’s first fully driverless metro line. Running through the core of Guangzhou’s CBD since 2010, it reflects a long-term vision of automation embedded into public infrastructure, years before “smart mobility” became a global buzzword.
We then move into the city itself, reached Canton Tower.
3
Pazhou Pagoda
Your autonomous driving experience takes place not in a testing zone, but in the heart of Guangzhou. Starting near the Canton Tower and moving through the Pazhou district — one of China’s most active digital economy hubs — the vehicle operates alongside real traffic, pedestrians, and complex urban conditions. The route itself becomes part of the experience: river views, dense city blocks, and everyday life unfolding around a system that no longer feels experimental, but integrated.
Sitting inside, without a driver, what stands out is not just the technology — but how normal it already feels.
