Continuing our ascent into the Bernese Oberland, we skirt the shores of Lake Brienz. Famous for its unique glacial color and the dramatic mountains that plunge directly into its waters, this stretch of the journey provides a breathtaking backdrop. Your host will share insights into the region’s geography and the traditional woodcarving villages that line the coast.

Grindelwald
The Glacier Gateway
Before ascending the mountain, we visit the idyllic village of Grindelwald, nestled at the foot of the Eiger North Face. We take a curated break here to soak in the welcoming atmosphere of this world-renowned mountain hub. It is the perfect moment to capture the iconic Swiss "chalet" architecture against the backdrop of some of the highest peaks in Europe.
The Summit of Adventure
We board the First Aerial Gondola for a spectacular 25-minute ascent. As we rise to 2,168 meters, the lush valleys fall away to reveal snow-capped peaks in every direction.
The First Cliff Walk by Tissot: Walk along the suspended terrace for a thrilling perspective of the abyss.

Our journey continues to the mystical valley of Lauterbrunnen. Often called the most beautiful town in Switzerland, it is home to the legendary Staubbach Falls. You will stand at the base of this 300-meter vertical drop, witnessing the water transform into a delicate mist before it reaches the valley floor. We navigate the valley’s narrow lanes to ensure you capture the most iconic, crowd-free vistas of this natural wonder.
