Mercado nro 1 de Surquillo
Iniciamos nuestra experiencia en el Mercado Local N°1 de Surquillo, barrio gastronomico en la actualidad.
Aqui encontraremos diversos productos que necesitaremos para la preparacion de nuestros platos tipicos como la CAUSA LIMEÑA y EL CEVICHE.
Aprenderemos a seleccionar los pescados frescos, frutas, vegetales y especias necesarias para la preparacion.

Playa Pescadores
Haremos una parada en el Muelle Artesanal de Chorrillos, aqui daremos un paseo por la costa limeña.

Playa La Herradura
En esta zona costera encontraremos nuestro restaurante donde realizaremos la preparacion, degustacion del ceviche y pisco sour... conoceremos mas acerca de nuestro plato bandera EL CEVICHE, y nos volveremos expertos en la preparacion del PISCO SOUR, nuestro cocktail nacional.
Finalizado la explicacion, preparacion y degustacion de los platillos, seguiremos a almorzar nuestra master class.
