Minca
The groups join at 9:45 AM and they are explained what will be done on the tour while they observe a photographic exhibition of animals from the mountains (photos of birds, reptiles, amphibians, mammals).
30-minute walk to the coffee farm, the site where coffee is planted and processed. There you will be explained everything about the collection, fermentation, drying and roasting of coffee (45 min).
Lost Waterfall (40-min walk)
The waterfall is a sacred site of our indigenous communities where participants can bathe and relax in the water currents of this waterfall.
45-min walk to the Jungle Joe Bamboo house
A brief talk about bamboo as a building element in Colombia (30 min).
Visitors will be served by their host Joe with a gourmet lunch.
The biodiversity talk (30min)
Cocoa workshop
History and process from the fruit to the cup.
You will learn techniques to increase the alkaloid that exists in Cacao and will learn to make your own cacao bar (30min).
