Vathy
Your first stop is the capital and the main harbor of Ithaca, Vathi. The village is built amphitheatrically around a deep and sheltered bay with a narrow entrance.
The small islet of Lazaretto is located in the middle of the harbor at Vathi. The landscape is picturesque, with the red roofs of the houses standing out amidst the lush nature that comes all the way down to the sea.

Frikes Harbour
Frikes is a beautiful traditional settlement with a picturesque harbor. It is a retreat for pleasure craft and fishing boats. The well-kept houses with ceramic tiles offer this village an attractive look. On the quays are many taverns, with terraces near the water. There are also a nice Greek cafés. The surrounding area is beautifully green, the hills behind and around the village are full of trees.

Gidaki beach
Your last stop is for swimming at Gidaki beach which boasts one of the most brilliant natural settings. White pebbles, olive trees and shrubs coming down to the sea. The clear waters turn green, with the emerald hue mirroring the nature around it.
