HOMEMADE PASTA COURSE
In this course you will learn how to make fresh pasta in 2 different formats (Ravioli and Tagliatelle) and you will also discover two different condiments to create authentic traditional Italian dishes. During the lesson, we will make an appetizer with bruschetta, Tuscan pecorino and wine. Finally, you will sit at the table to enjoy your pasta with excellent wine. As in any traditional Italian meal, there will be no shortage of tiramisu prepared by DA.At the end of the course, I will send you the recipe book to easily replicate the recipes.
