Itinerary
1. Guests will meet me at the meeting point for greetings and intros. You will meet up to 5 other guests, and leave with a new bond through a shared, mindful experience.
2. Before entering the tea room, we will sit and learn about the history of tea in Japan, how the ceremony evolved, and tea room etiquette.
3. Together, we will do a very brief mindfulness activity to quiet the mind and enter the tea room.
4. I will perform the tea ceremony in which a traditional Japanese sweet and a bowl of ceremonial-grade matcha will be served for each guest.
5. At the end, guests will have a chance to ask any questions or share about the experience before we part ways.
