Located at the start of your excursion, the Mulberry Harbour or artificial port of Arromanches is certainly the most engineered of the 20th century.
You will walk along these impressive buildings for several kilometers using the most beautiful part of the bike path "la Vélomaritime", with a breathtaking view in cliff height, at Cap Manvieux.

Batterie Allemande de Longues-Sure-Mer
Built by the Germans and a major component of the Atlantic Wall, the Long Sea Battery is the last in the world to still have its guns inside bunkers.
The command post, located on the edge of the cliff, can also be visited, is internationally known because it was here that the inaugural scene of the film "The Longest Day" was shot.
