Itinerary
1
Rathaus Osnabruck
The historic town hall of Osnabrück, Germany was built in the late Gothic style from 1487 to 1512. It is one of the most important buildings and emblems of Osnabrück
2
Dom Sankt Petrus
It is a three-aisled late Romanesque pillar basilica with two western towers of unequal size and an octagonal crossing tower. The bishopric of Osnabrück was founded around 780 by Charlemagne as a mission bishopric.
3
St. Marien
It is one of the most important monumental buildings in the city. The Mariakerk is the oldest civilian church in the city and is located on the Markt next to the city weigh house and the town hall.
4
Schloss Osnabruck
Beautifully restored castle, where the university has since moved in.
The garden is well laid out and well maintained.

7
Kleine Kirche
Lovely little church next to the Duomo. Nice to have a look at this small church. It is part of the large Dom complex and therefore not to be missed.
8
Altstadt und Steinwerke - Osnabruck
The area on both sides of Heger Straße thrives on the multitude of handicraft shops and galleries during the day and on the pub-goers in the evenings. The Willmann-Haus on Krahnstraße and the Romantik Hotel Walhalla on Bierstraße are witnesses of the times.
9
Der Pumpenbrunnen
Bronze sculpture of a fat woman who washes a child under a pump, a second child is kept under her feet.
10
Kunsthalle Osnabruck
The former Dominican church was built around 1300.
Here you can see excellent exhibitions of contemporary art. Sculptures, installations and objects that are spatially related to the Gothic Hallenkerk show positions of contemporary art.
11
Domschatzkammer und Diozesanmuseum
The Osnabrück Cathedral Treasury has held precious objects for over a thousand years. You can think of chests in which relics were buried and objects made of gold, silver, ivory and rock crystal that were used during church services.
