The Grazalema Natural Park is a great area for cross-country biking, with dramatic, unspoiled and remote plains surrounded by towering mountain peaks. This route explores deep into the rugged beauty of the natural park, including single-track, notable climbs and long descents. There is time for a mid-ride break in the mountain village of Montejaque before a fun descent into the Guadiaro River valley and climb through the forest back up to Ronda. A fantastic ride for anyone wanting to explore the mountains around Ronda.

Meet in the car park at Ronda train station. There is free street parking in the area of the station or you can use paid parking at the station car park. From Ronda we drive to the Sierra de Grazalema (20 minute drive).

Itinerary
Grazalema Natural Park and beyond. Self-guided ride through the heart of the Grazalema Natural Park, then head on to the village of Montejaque and back to Ronda. A varied mix of trails, hill climbs and some lovely singletrack through cork oak forests, together with a short, steep climb out of the village on the "zig-zag path". Self-guided with route pre-loaded on GPS or enquire if you would prefer to ride with a guide.
