Our e-bike tour will take you through Istria’s medieval hilltop villages, vineyards, olive groves, meadows and forests. The trip includes a break in Groznjan, also known as the town of artists. Take in the old stone houses and archways as you stroll through the cobbled streets.
You’ll also cycle part of the Parenzana, an old railroad bed now open only to cyclists and hikers. The trip is around 50km and features a mix of paved roads with little traffic and gravel bike trails.

Itinerary
Your guide will meet you at Roxanich Hotel in Motovun. After a providing a safety briefing, trip overview, and instructions on how to use the e-bikes, you'll set off with the guide toward the town of Oprtalj. We'll cycle up the biggest hill of our ride, but with the assistance of our e-bikes it shouldn't be strenuous. We'll take a break at the top to admire the stunning views of the valley below us.
Next, we'll continue through the countryside, past small farms, fields and forests until we reach the town of Groznjan. We'll park the bikes and take about a 30-minute to one-hour break. Your guide will show you around the small town and tell you about its history. You'll have some free time to...
