About
This rum distilling experience is a very hands on, bespoke, personal and very knowledgeable workshop like no other in the country. Upon entry to the building you will be warmly greeted by your host upstairs at the main entrance. You shall then be guided to our bespoke micro distillery and once settled you are given a welcome rum and mixer followed by a brief outline of the running of the experience and history of the distillery. Next comes a short history of rums from around the world and a rum tasting section to help you come up with a rum recipe to distill your bottle of rum. Are you ready to turn your hobbies into a business?
You will be welcomed to a bespoke micro distillery room where you will receive a rum and mixer on arrival. Guests will be allowed to settle in with a run through of the outline of the class. Each guest will then try three different rum tasting samples and then design their own bespoke rum recipe from the available ingredients. Guests will then use an individual mini copper still to distill their chosen ingredients to produce a 500ml (50cl) bottle of rum to take home with them.
