Parque Nacional Grutas de Cacahuamilpa
The Grutas de Cacahuamilpa National Park is a Protected Natural Area, which according to the National Commission of Protected Natural Areas of SEMARNAT is within the category of national park. It is located in the Sierra Madre del Sur, north of the State of Guerrero and includes part of the municipalities of Pilcaya and Taxco de Alarcón.1 It has a total area of 1598.26 ha. And it was decreed as a national park on April 23, 1936 by the then President of the Republic, Lázaro Cárdenas del Río. Considered among the most impressive in the world, the Cacahuamilpa CAVES keep an endless series of capricious figures that cause the admiration of all visitors.

Taxco
Taxco has had an important role in the history of Mexico, in 1821, in the Convent of San Bernardino de Siena de Taxco, the Plan of Iguala or the Three Guarantees was drawn up by Agustín de Iturbide, which later, on February 24, that year, he was to sign with Vicente Guerrero in the city of Iguala, establishing the Independence of Mexico from Spain and unifying the insurgent and royalist armies.
