A passionate and entertaining interpretation of the typical peasant day dedicated to the rural cult of homemade pasta as it was once done with doses "without scales". the farmers returning from work in the fields I returned and while all together they were busy preparing lunch one of them exclaimed: "we make fresh pasta according to our customs and recreate ourselves all together!".
