The reason for this is that: Entrance tickets are issued only through official ticketing offices. These offices require payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) and do not accept cash payments. Ticket prices are subject to periodic increases, almost every year, and may change without prior notice. There are discounted rates for students holding a valid student ID card, as well as reduced prices for children. For these reasons, it is not possible or practical for us to include these entrance fees in the tour price.

Describe: Travelers will visit the massive Unfinished Obelisk in the granite quarries of Aswan, learning how the ancient Egyptians carved obelisks using copper tools. See the largest known obelisk, over 42 meters long, still partially attached to the bedrock.
Unfinished Obelisk: Carved directly from the Aswan granite quarries, it measures over 42 meters long and would have weighed over 1,200 tons if completed. Ancient Egyptians used copper tools and ingenious techniques to extract granite.
