We begin at 18:30 with a guided tour through our family farm, where you’ll explore seasonal crops, learn about traditional cultivation methods, and take a walk through time with an extended visit to our private collection of antiques and heirlooms, objects and tools that tell stories from the island’s past century. Then, it’s time to cook. Together, we’ll prepare a full Cretan dinner using farm-grown ingredients and time-honored recipes.
