Itinerary
We will meet at Villa Maria, our historical guesthouse. The class will take place in the villa’s gourmet kitchen. You will enjoy a glass of herbal tea made with the island’s wild herbs while I give some information about the Greek culinary traditions. We will then start our hands-on cooking class, where we will prepare a full menu of several dishes and learn step by step Greek home recipes not found in restaurants. Our menu will include a couple of starters, a pie, a salad, a main dish and a dessert. You can opt for a vegan/ vegetarian menu. Menus vary according to season.
