Are you ready to turn your hobbies into a business?
Learn traditional dishes of Peru with your cooking teachers and community partners, Jenny and Ruth.
After meeting your guide and cooking teacher, head to the market to pick out the ingredients for your dinner. Then, head to the Awamaki office to make dinner. You will learn to prepare Rocoto Relleno (stuffed spicy pepper) or Papa a la Huancaina (traditional potatoes with cheese-pepper sauce), along with an appetizer and traditional refreshment, like Limonada or Chicha Morada, a lightly sweet purple corn drink.
