Itinerary
Join us for an authentic and warm culinary journey in the heart of Puglia. We will start by preparing the traditional grandma sauce together, then move on to a practical session where you will learn how to make orecchiette and cavatelli by hand, starting from scratch.
At the end of the lesson, we will share a convivial moment sitting at the table: we will taste together local specialties, prepared dishes, traditional desserts and Apulian wine, accompanied by the suggestive notes of Italian music of the 60s and 70s.
It is not just a cooking class, but a celebration of flavors, stories and sharing, in an intimate and exclusive atmosphere.
