Cerro Del Cubilete
Cerro del Cubilete is an iconic mountain located in Guanajuato, Mexico. It is known for its monumental statue of the Christ the King, which is located on top of the hill and is one of the largest in the world.
Construction of the Christ the King statue began in 1944 and was completed in 1947. It was erected as a monument to peace and to commemorate the end of the Cristera War in Mexico.
