The dishes prepared will be simple and tasty, so they can be replicated at home. Itinerary
The vegetarian course is aimed at all fans of vegetarian cuisine.
The course begins with a theoretical session, where students discover the history and traditional techniques of fresh pasta and ice cream. Expert chefs share their knowledge, delving into the variety of shapes, doughs and fillings that characterize fresh Italian pasta, and the techniques for creating creamy, flavorful ice cream.
In the practical part, the focus is on the preparation of fresh pasta. From tagliatelle to ravioli, students learn to make pasta starting from raw materials, kneading by hand and using pasta machines.
