You’ll take part in a hands-on Argentine asado experience, learning the ritual step by step just like locals do. From lighting the fire and managing the embers to selecting the right cuts and understanding cooking times, you’ll actively prepare an authentic asado from scratch with expert guidance.
To complete the experience, you’ll join a vermouth workshop: discover its history in Argentina and create your own vermouth to enjoy as locals do during the “previo” while the fire is going.
