Wight Knuckle Brewery
Arrive at Wight Knuckle Brewery and meet your tour guide. Listen to the brewery s story and learn how the founders - 2 brothers and their dad took inspiration from the craft beer scene in London as well as their home-brewing at university and wanted to bring that passion to the Isle of Wight.
Step into the storeroom, where you can grab a handful of malted barley and taste the different flavours. Next, explore the brewing vessels in the brewhouse as you engage your senses. Smell and feel the hops used in the beer production.
Then, head to the fermentation room where the wort bubbles away into beer. Follow through to the packaging area and see the canning machine and brite tanks.
Finally, come through to the finished product room and admire the kegs and cans ready to be shipped out around the Island. At the end of the tour, get a tasting of the award-winning beers and an informational pack to read through.
