If the river is flooded then your event may go ahead at one of the landings, but the boat would remain stationary due to safety concerns.

Refunds will only be given if the event is completely cancelled due to flooding

Passengers are advised to read the Code of Conduct before boarding the boat. Disorderly groups or excessively intoxicated individuals will be refused access to the boat or removed from the boat, without the option of a refund. This product is not suitable for Stag Parties.
