This interactive experience with Chef Legina teaches you how to make authentic New Orleans-style beignets from scratch. You’ll begin by preparing a classic dough with sugar, yeast, eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla and flour, learning how to mix and work the dough for the right light, airy texture.
