You can park for free at the lighthouse normally for 1h30. Nearby there are streets with free parking.
The n11 bus goes free of charge from the town hall, city center to the lighthouse. Otherwise it's a nice 20 minute walk.

We end the visit in the center of Biarritz, next to the town hall and the casino, where there are several car parks.
