About
Unlike a large majority of wine training courses that can be offered in the Bordeaux region; this is authentic! I welcome you directly to my workplace in a warm and country setting where I will put at your service my experience and know-how as an oenologist to teach you everything you will need to progress in this fabulous environment.
In this unique workshop, you will not leave empty-handed but with your own personalised cuvée.
If you decide to book a full day, it is even possible to have lunch on site, in which case I will take care of cooking for you.

Ps: I can transport up to 4 people in my vehicle from Libourne station.

Itinerary
Welcome vinophytes.
It is with pleasure to receive you (morning or afternoon) on the estate of La Mondette 15 minutes drive from the charming village of Saint-Émilion.
After welcome over a small coffee, I will offer you a small walk through the vineyard to tell you a little about the estate, the terroir and the wine aspects I undertake for my production.
This will be followed by a short tour of the winery and barrel cellar where I will explain the principles of red winemaking, which is important for the continuity of the workshop.
