The time you booked is preferred, but not final. Nazareth palaces have a limited capacity. Once we know the time of access to the palaces, you will receive an email or message via whatsapp with the time of the tour. Therefore, we recommend not to book this tour if you have a trip planned on the same day or if you have another activity planned on the same day, because access can be in the morning or in the afternoon, depending on the capacity available. Tickets to the Alhambra and Generalife cannot be cancelled. The access ticket is personal and non-transferable, so this visit does not accept exchanges, cancellations or returns. At the time of making your purchase you will have to provide your ID or passport and the name and surname as they appear in your documentation, country and city of residence. WITHOUT THE DOCUMENT, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE MONUMENT.
