Your experience will start at 7:30am with a pick-up at your hotel, and head to Chagres National Park. Our Emberá hosts will be waiting for us at the port of Curutu. They will take us in their traditional dugout canoes across the Chagres River, you will enjoy the beautiful nature and scenery to start a moderate 20 minutes hike through the jungle to a pristine waterfall where you can enjoy a freshwater swim in the middle of the rainforest.
