Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Ready to do some exploring on your own? We can give you the opportunity to access hard-to-reach areas without the worry of getting your vehicle stuck in the area's notorious sand trails. We will provide you with a tablet loaded with local trails and Points of Interest covering the entire area.
Some of the most popular areas include Peek-a-Boo Slot Canyon, the Great Chamber, White Wave, South Fork Indian Ruins, Elephant Cove and the Barracks. Let our expert staff help you plan the adventure that best suits...

Itinerary
- Rental includes all fuel.
- Renter is the Responsible Party.
- Must be 25 years old to rent.
- Drivers must be 21+ years old with Valid Driver License.
- Children must be 5 years old.
- Polaris requires everyone 18 years or older to bring their government issued ID with you for waiver purposes, whether you are a driver or just a rider.
- The renter is responsible for up to $3000 in damages should any machine be damaged (Accidental Damage Waiver). Polaris will cover the rest. You can lower that responsibility to $1500 for a $25 “buydown fee” per machine. This will also determine the amount of the hold on your credit card.
- Helmets are required and provided, along with goggles.
