Samburu National Reserve
Our 8 Days Kenya Luxury Lodge Safaris departs in the morning after breakfast to Samburu Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch. Samburu National Reserve is a game reserve on the banks of the Ewaso Ng’iro river. On the other side of the river is the Buffalo Springs National Reserve, which attracts wildlife from the surrounding savannah plains. This area is rich in abundance with a number of rare species, such as the Grevy zebra, Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk and the beisa oryx.
You will arrive in time for lunch at the Samburu Sopa Lodge. From here you will proceed on an afternoon game drive in the reserve. Later you will drive back to the the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay. You will delight in the contrasting scenery, spectacular wildlife and the diverse people even as you enjoy various activities such as wildlife viewing, relaxing sundowners in romantic surrounding.
