Itinerary
Pick up your eBike from the East by West Ferry office at Queen's Wharf (55 Lady Elizabeth Lane). Hire is anytime from 9.30am, with return before 3.30pm. We recommend the following itinerary:
Follow the historic waterfront area as you make your way around the harbour to the famous Te Papa Museum (tickets not included). Take care, as this is a shared cycle and pedestrian area, and can get busy. Continuing on cycle lanes to the golden sands of Oriental Bay, then out to Evans Bay, and the Miramar Peninsula. Head around the peninsula past Shellly Bay all the way to Scorching Bay (note you'll be on quiet country roads, not cycle paths at this point). We highly recommend having lunch or an ice cre...
