Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport to Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your dedicated driver-guide or company representative. They will assist you with your luggage and provide a brief orientation before transferring you comfortably to your hotel in Arusha, the gateway city to many of Tanzania’s iconic national parks and trekking routes.
During the transfer, your guide will be available to answer any initial questions you may have about your upcoming itinerary, local customs, or the surrounding landscape.
Upon arrival at your accommodation, you will check in and have the remainder of the day at leisure. You are encouraged to rest and acclimate after your international flight, allowing your body to adjust to the local time zone and environment.
If your flight arrives early and time permits, we would be pleased to arrange an optional Arusha city tour, offering you the opportunity to explore the cultural and historical highlights of this vibrant town.
