If you'd want to spend a day away from the city and learn how to create a real gulash, you may enroll in this program. You'll have an amazing experience in a stunning setting. During our cooking session in the woods, you will sample regional wines and snacks and discover some characteristic Hungarian spices.You'll also have a 40 minute drive from Budapest for an experience next to the fire. You will be given two different kinds of appetizer and traditional dessert in a small village, where you can cook our gulash, taste wine while it is boiling, and you will be given two different kinds of dessert. And, finally, you will have a chance to visit the mansion of Alsópetény.

Itinerary
In this unique culinary session, you'll discover how to make authentic goulash in a kettle. You will arrive with our private car at the little village where the cooking lesson is being held. Only 50 minutes separate this breathtaking location from Budapest. It will be up to you to build the fire and get everything ready. You will have the opportunity to sample the cuisine of the region, and we will introduce you to the spices. We make the appetizer while the goulash is cooking and explore the village's mansion to learn more about its history.
