Day 1: From Addis take a flight to Jinka
Arrival in Jinka and Visit to the Mursi Tribe
Upon your arrival in Jinka from Addis Ababa, our team will warmly welcome you. After a brief coffee break, we start on a drive through the beautiful and Rich biodiverse Mago National Park to visit the Mursi tribe. The Mursi are renowned for their distinctive lip plates and nomadic lifestyle, offering a unique glimpse into their culture. Following this visit, we'll return to Jinka, taking the scenic route back through Mago National Park. In the evening, we'll visit a village called Arrie, home to the largest tribe in the Omo Valley. The Arrie people are celebrated for their handcrafted goods, including blacksmithing,local vodka distilling, and agricultural practices. Enjoying the sunset from this village promises to be a memorable experience before we head back to Jinka for the night.
