Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, the tour departs between 08:30 and 09:00. Your private guide will pick you up, marking the start of your safari in a private 4x4 vehicle. The first destination is Tarangire National Park, where you will arrive at your lodge in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive.
Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant population and iconic baobab trees. During the dry season, from June to November, visitors can witness vast herds of zebra, wildebeest, and Cape buffalo gathering in the park. Other commonly seen animals include waterbuck, giraffe, dik-dik, impala, eland, Grant’s gazelle, vervet monkeys, banded mongoose, and olive baboons. Predators such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, caracals, honey badgers, and African largest also inhabit the area.
