Our Yoga Trekking is open to everyone, whether yoga beginners or advanced, we will teach in a way, that everyone will be satisfied. In the spectacular landscape of the Himalayas, we will experience hiking as a form of meditation. In our 2 yoga classes a day, we will practice asanas, exercising balance and flexibility, as well as strength and stamina. Hamta Pass
Today is our first Yoga Trekking Day. We will meet you at 9:30 after breakfast at the meeting Point. From here we have a small 7 km transfer to the starting point of our trek. we will hike for about 3 hours and reach a beautiful meadow in the forest. Here we will set up our Camp. We enjoy a Yoga class and dinner at the camp fire
